Day 12 - Gasenried to Herbriggen

We thought our last day might be kind of chill, but is was a bit more of a grind than we expected. My nose was still raw from it running for so many days, but luckily we got to see some cute animals along the way!

We ran into Sheila, Martin, and Charlie again, so we had to get a photo!

There were still some very steep climbs left.

We made it to Herbriggen!

We made it to the end of our hiking journey! From there we took the train the rest of the way to Zermatt.

We had dinner reservations at Ferdinand, so we walked up the hill and had some fondue and sparking wine to celebrate.
